AKNUCET 2020 : Directorate of Admissions, Adikavi Nannaya University, Rajamahendravaram (erstwhile Rajahmundry) invites applications from eligible candidates for admission through Adikavi Nannaya University Common Entrance Test (NANNAYA CET)-2020 into various Science and Arts Courses offered at Campus Colleges of Adikavi Nannaya University (AKNU), Post Graduate Centers at Kakinada, Tadepalligudem and Colleges affiliated to AKNU offering P.G. Courses in East and West Godavari Districts for the Academic year 2020-2021.
 
Application Fees : 
 
All the candidates have to pay Rs.400 as application fees. Rs. 900 is late fees & Rs.1400 for Tatkal registration. Application fees would be same for all categories.
 
AKNUCET Eligibility : 
  • Candidates from other recognized Universities are considered for admission into PG Arts and Science courses only if they possess a three year Bachelor Degree of 10+2+3 or 12+3 or 11+1+3 pattern, with the prescribed minimum percentage of marks, unless otherwise specified. Candidates who acquired Bachelor Degree by Distance Education without 10+2+3 pattern are also eligible for admission into P.G. Courses, subject to submission of residence certificate.
  • Bachelor Degrees of B.A./B.Sc./B.Com./B.A.Litt. and B.L. from Universities other than AP should be recognized by the University as equivalent thereto.
  • The requirement for admission into all Science and Engineering Courses offered by the university is a minimum aggregate of 50% marks in Group Subjects (Part II) of the qualifying examination unless or otherwise specified. For SC and ST candidates, a minimum aggregate of 45% marks in group subjects (Part II) is sufficient.
  • The requirement for Arts and Commerce is generally a pass in the appropriate qualifying degree. Therequirement for M.Ed course is a pass with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks (45% for SC & ST Candidates).
  • Candidates who have already passed their qualifying degree examination or who have appeared / areappearing for the final examination in 2020 only are eligible for NANNAYACET-2020. Candidates qualified in advanced supplementary examinations of 2020 are also eligible.

AKNUCET 2020 Application Form : 

AKNUCET 2020 Application form will be available from 1st week of January 2020 (Expected) through official website only. eligible candidates those  who are interested to apply for AKNUCET may their submit their applications via online mode onlyCandidates are required to fill personal details and academic details in the application form. There is no other mode of applying for the entrance exam. candidates submit their applications before the last date of applications.


How to Fill AKNUCET 2020 Application Form : 
➦Applying Candidates must go to the official website. 
➦Click on the Registration link to register for AKNUCET Application Form 2020.
 
➦Fill in the required information and enter a password of your choice. Please note that this password along with the Application No. generated will be used to login and complete your registration process.
 
➦Candidate Name, Father's Name, Mother's Name, Date of Birth, Email ID, Mobile No. and AKNUCET subject once submitted cannot be changed.
 
Centre : select three centres of your choice in a preferential order : Option 1, Option 2 and Option 3. However allotment of the centre depends on the capacity of the centre and the subject availability.
 
➦Your registered Mobile Number shall be used to send SMS communication.
 
➦The email id and mobile number that you enter in the registration form will be treated as your primary contact details and all communications will be sent to the same.
 
➦On successful registration, an email will be sent to the registered email id along with the application number to Login to the website using your unique Application Number and password.
 
➦Fill in the remaining details i.e. educational qualification, choice of examination centre etc. and click "Submit".
 
➦Upload your scanned photograph, signature and caste / disability certificate (if any) in jpg/jpeg format only. File size of the Photograph should be between 15kb to 50kb, Signature should be between 5kb to 20kb and that of caste / disability certificate should be between 50kb to 300kb. The online application system will not allow to upload files smaller/larger than the mentioned sizes.
 
➦A summary is displayed along with the total amount payable. Click on the "Make Payment" link, you will be redirected to the payment gateway website.
Application Fee Payment
 
➦Application form registration fees as stated below is to be paid through online system only by Credit Card/ Debit Card (RuPay/Visa/MasterCard/Maestro), Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets for which the service charges, as per rules, shall be applicable in addition to the registration fees.
 
➦No other mode of payment shall be permitted.
 
➦This fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
 
➦For OC Category Candiates - 500/- + Service Charges.
 
➦For BC-A, BC-B, BC-C, BC-D, BC-E Category - 500/- + Service Charges.
For SC/ST/VH/OH/HI Candidates - 300/- + Service Charges.
On payment of the Application Fee, the same will reflect in your application profile. You may take a print of your Application Acknowledgement form generated, for your records and future reference.
Exam Pattern : 
  • Duration: Candidates have to solve the question paper in 1 hour & 30 minutes.
  • Type of Questions: All questions will be of a multiple-choice type.
  • Negative marking: There is no provision for negative marking in this examination.
  • Mode of conduct: Exam will be a pen paper-based exam.
  • Total Marks: The question paper will be of 100 marks.
  • Total Questions: There will be total 100 questions in the paper.

Hall Tickets : 

Hall-Tickets are available from 27th April 2020. Candidates should download the Hall-Tickets from the University website: www.aknudoa.in (or) http://www.nannayacet.in (or) www.aknu.edu.in and attend the examination.

Admission Process :

Admission shall be based on the NANNAYACET-2020 Rank, subject to the fulfillment of eligibility criteria : 

1. The admission schedule will be made available in the websites.


2. Information regarding college-wise, course-wise and reservation category-wise seat distribution and fee structure will be made available by the University after declaration of NANNAYACET-2020 results on the respective websites (www.aknudoa.in (or) www.nannayacet.in (or) www.aknu.edu.in).


3. At the time of admission, candidates should produce the following original certificates in support of the qualification and reservations claimed in the application for verification.


Necessary Certificates during AKNUCET Counselling Process : 

1. NANNAYACET-2020 Rank Card & HallTicket.
2. Degree / Provisional Pass Certificate.
3. Consolidated Marks statement of the Qualifying Examination.
4. Transfer and Conduct Certificate from the institution where the candidate last studied. Candidates who have completed / studied already or discontinued and seeking admission to second PG or professional course should submit TC relating to first PG course only. Duplicate TC relating to UG / PG degree should be accompanied by proper evidence of loss of original TC, Police complaint with not traceable and Affidavit. Candidates submitting false TC are liable for cancellation of seat at any stage and are liable for prosecution. (Admission will not be given if T.C of the institution where the candidate studied last is not submitted).

10. Valid latest income certificate issued by M.R.O./ Thasildar if fee concession is claimed (the validity of income certificate is for six months from the date of issue).
11. 4 recent passport size Photos.
(12. Candidates opting for admission under NCC/Sports/CAP/PH/NSS quota shall produce relevant original certificate, in addition to the above.
13. Discharge certificate and service certificate of the parent in case of a child of armed person.
14, Physical fitness certificate from an Asst. Civil Surgeon.
15. One set of Photostat copies of all the above certificates.
